Job Description

Designation: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1-5 yrs in Bulk hiring (Bpo)

Salary: as per industry standard.


Role & responsibilities


  • Sourcing candidates from various job boards & tele calling them for scheduling Interviews

  • Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants/ colleges for placement.

  • Screening candidates, scheduling Interviews, Offer Negotiations

  • Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre on boardings

  • Centralized Employee Data Management

  • Handling Payroll and compliance basics

  • Employee Grievance Handling basics

  • Implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs

  • Target oriented & completion of manpower requirements within timelines

  • Good communication in English, Tamil & any one of Malayalam, Kannada or Hindi Languages

  • Immediate Joiners preferred

  • Graduates & Experienced in HR
