HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles. Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings and in-person/video interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure up-to-date candidate records. Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms. Conduct background checks and reference verifications as needed. Extend job offers and handle pre-onboarding documentation. Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice. Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (typically 1–3 years). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Preferred Skills : Experience recruiting in a specific industry (e.g., IT, healthcare, manufacturing). Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices. Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
