Job Description

Sales Executive – Work Role & Targets � � Work Role:  Identify and approach potential clients (cold calling, leads, walk-ins).  Promote and explain Kayalas Academy’s courses and benefits.  Handle inquiries and follow up with leads.  Convert prospects into enrolments.  Maintain client relationships for upselling and referrals.  Coordinate with marketing and academic teams. � � Daily/Weekly Tasks:  150–200 calls/day to prospects.  3–5 webinars or scheduled consultations.  Regular reporting of leads and closures. � � Targets:  Monthly Enrolment Target: Typically, 15–30 student enrolments/month (may vary by product/course).  Revenue Target: ₹3–5 lakhs/month, depending on pricing and commission structure.  Follow-up Efficiency: Convert at least 10–20% of qualified leads.
