HR Recruiter

We offer industry-relevant programs in Java Full Stack, MERN, MEAN, AI & ML, DevOps, Cloud, and more, preparing students for 10+ LPA job roles. We’re now expanding our talent acquisition team and looking for energetic HR Recruiters who are passionate about people and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

End-to-end recruitment for internal roles including trainers, content creators, video editors, digital marketers, and more.

Source and screen candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and Telegram groups.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding.

Collaborate with Industry Experts

Identify and connect with industry professionals (Tech Leads, Managers, HRs) to:

Record expert-led course modules.

Conduct mock interviews for students.

Act as mentors or guest speakers.

Build and manage a network of freelance trainers and guest collaborators.

Mock Interviews & Placement Coordination

Schedule and organize regular mock interviews for trained students.

Coordinate with experts and technical panels for interview sessions.

Track student performance and provide feedback support.

Maintain a placement pipeline by liaising with hiring partners and recruiters.

Employer Branding & Events

Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns on social media and campuses.

Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, and recruitment drives.

HR Operations

Manage offer letters, onboarding, documentation, and database updates.

Maintain trackers for candidates, trainers, and expert collaborations.

Reports & Analytics

Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports.

Maintain dashboards for hiring, expert collaborations, and placement updates.

Requirements:

0.6 to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience (freshers with good communication may also apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiar with Google Sheets, Excel, job portals, and basic recruitment tools.

A strong interest in education, skilling, and placement domains.

Good coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
