HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and social media platforms. Source candidates using various methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Provide feedback to candidates and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies. Track metrics and prepare reports related to hiring progress, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire. Support employer branding initiatives and career events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (in-house or agency). Familiarity with ATS and resume databases. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in [specific industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, manufacturing]. Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1TO 3 YEAR Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,462.56 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
