Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results. Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in the [industry type, e.g., FMCG, tech, real estate] sector is an advantage.
