• Experience in

  BPO / Healthcare hiring

  is mandatory for experienced candidates

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
  
• Bulk hiring for BPO / Healthcare processes
  
• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, referrals & job portals
  
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates
  
• Maintaining proper MIS, trackers & daily calling sheets
  
• Achieving monthly hiring targets and joiner closures
  

Key Skills Required:

• End-to-end recruitment
  
• BPO / Healthcare hiring experience
  
• Candidate sourcing & screening
  
• Interview coordination
  
• Good communication & negotiation skills
  
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.)
  
• Target-oriented mindset
