Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and others to identify and engage potential candidates Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone/video calls Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring efforts Contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for talent acquisition and people processes Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Google Sheets, etc.) is a plus Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment What We Offer ₹18,000 monthly stipend Hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Flexible work hours and collaborative team culture Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
