As we continue to grow, we’re hiring an energetic HR Intern to help us recruit top talent and streamline the hiring process.

Role: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for multiple roles (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Creative, Tech)
• Post jobs across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, WhatsApp groups, college portals)
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain applicant data and help build a recruitment pipeline
• Assist in onboarding new hires (documentation, orientation, setup)
• Work closely with founders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Support HR operations, policies, and basic documentation

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify good talent and assess cultural fit
• Proactiveness and strong organisational skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools/platforms
• Quick learner with interest in HR, hiring & people management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus (not mandatory)
