HR Recruiter :-
Job Description:-We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract top talent to fuel our growth. If you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you!

key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
  • Job Postings & Sourcing: Develop and post job ads on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), and use creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, and assist in interview preparation.
  • Offer Management: Support in preparing job offers, negotiating salary, and ensuring a smooth offer acceptance process.
  • HR Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategy.
  • Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports to HR management.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT HR recruitment

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other recruitment tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in IT recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
