Key Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT HR recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other recruitment tools. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Team Player: A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other team members. Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience working in IT recruitment. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
