Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), Boolean search, references, and networking.
  
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle scheduling, interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
  
• Ensure

  monthly hiring & onboarding targets

  are consistently achieved.
• Draft professional emails and maintain proper

  mail etiquette

  while communicating with candidates.
• Updating and maintaining recruitment reports

  real time

  using

  MS Office.

• Work as a

  team player

  , take ownership, and deliver results with accountability and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills

  (verbal & written).
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search).
  
• Strong

  MS Office

  skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good email writing and

  professional mail etiquette

  .
• Proactive, result-oriented, with strong negotiation skills.
  

• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication welcome).
