HR Recruiter/Intern

Managing the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for various verticals (IT, Non-IT, BPO, Medical Coding).
Understanding job requirements and drafting clear, engaging .
Posting vacancies across job portals and social media platforms.
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
potential candidates effectively.
Scheduling and coordinating
interviews
with hiring managers.
Maintaining consistent
candidate engagement
throughout the selection and on-boarding processes.

Who Can Apply?

Education:
Any Graduate / MBA / BBA.
Experience:
0 - 2 Years (Freshers Welcome!).
Batch:
2024 & 2025 Graduates Eligible.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-focused, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

For HR Recruiters:

Take-Home Salary: 18,000 - 25,000/month.
Lucrative Incentives & Performance-Based Bonuses.

For HR Interns:

Stipend: 15,000/month (First 3 Months).
Post 3 Months: Up to 20,000/month (Performance-Based).
