HR Recruiter

• MALE CANDIDATE REQUIRED
• Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

· Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.

· Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Screening and Selection:

· Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.

· Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, work history, and suitability for the position.

· Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.

· Assess candidates' technical and soft skills, cultural fit, and overall potential for success within the organization.

Candidate Relationship Management:

· Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

· Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely feedback on their application status.

Recruitment Process Management:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

· Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

· Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

· Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to assess candidates' qualifications objectively and make well-informed hiring decisions.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
