HR Recruiter

Designation: HR - Recruiter Location :Noida-Uttar Pradesh Job Description:  Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs  Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally  Greet interview candidates and answer basic questions about company information.  Developing own network of suitable candidates.  Drafting and posting job descriptions  Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.  Screen incoming resumes and application forms.  Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)  Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.  Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.  Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.  Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.  Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.  Assist in performance management processes. Requirements:  A related field bachelor's degree a minimum of six months' worth of HR recruitment experience.  Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.  Capacity to efficiently prioritize and multitask.  Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.  A positive attitude and receptivity to new information.
