We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced "HR Recruiter" to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and leading end-to-end recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities :
* Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet staffing needs across departments.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
* Manage job postings on internal and external job boards.
* Coordinate and lead candidate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.
* Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in HRMS or any third party software.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
