We're seeking a skilled leader who can drive performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Follow-Ups & Reporting :
* Maintain follow-ups with potential clients and track the sales cycle
* Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback
Sales & Revenue Growth :
* Pitch services or products effectively to close deals
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
* Identify potential clients
* Research and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
Key Skills Needed:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Persuasive and confident attitude
* Good understanding of the company’s industry and offerings
* Time management and organizational skills
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated
* Proven experience in operations management
* Minimum 6 months of experience in operations management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage both B2B and B2C processes
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
