Job Description

You are an experienced and proactive HR RECRUITER (FEMALE ONLY) responsible for overseeing and enhancing the human resource operations of the school. Your role involves managing end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff, handling staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes, ensuring compliance with school policies, statutory regulations, and labour laws, addressing employee concerns professionally, coordinating with management for staffing needs and policy updates, and monitoring staff performance and supporting appraisal processes. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience (school experience preferred), and excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Food and Accommodation will be provided for outstation candidates. This is a full-time job with benefits including Provident Fund.
