ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Fresher HR Recruiter, you will be an essential part of our talent acquisition team. You will be trained and mentored to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to facilitating their onboarding. You will learn how to identify top talent and help us build a strong workforce.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Source potential candidates through various online channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks.- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.- Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified individuals.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update the candidate database.- Assist in preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate platforms.- Communicate with candidates, providing them with timely updates on their application status.POSITION TYPE:Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position. It offers flexibility and a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field.REQUIREMENTS:- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
