This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about HR and talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and internal platforms.Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.Support in onboarding processes such as document collection, orientation scheduling, and induction programs.Assist with HR administrative tasks and maintaining recruitment reports.Contribute ideas to improve the hiring and onboarding process.RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
