About the Role

ZapTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic MBA/BBA freshers to join its Human Resources team as HR Recruiters. The role provides an excellent foundation in HR and recruitment, offering hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, and HR operations within a professional BPO/KPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
• Post job advertisements across various online platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Support onboarding and other HR-related activities.

Who Should Apply

• Education: MBA/BBA graduates (Freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the HR domain.

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Work Mode: In-office
