About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for telecaller and support roles.
Post job listings on job portals and social media platforms.
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Coordinate offer letters, onboarding, and documentation.
Track attendance and performance of new joiners.
Ensure telecaller teams achieve daily and monthly targets.

Eligibility
