Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: khanda colony, panvel  Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage our daily HR tasks.  You will help with hiring new employees, managing their benefits, keeping records accurate, and ensuring our workplace follows all rules and laws. Your goal is to help maintain a positive and productive environment for all staff members.  Key Duties Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the process of finding, interviewing, and hiring new staff members who fit our needs. Employee Support: Be the go-to person for employees' questions about policies, benefits, and workplace concerns, providing help and solving issues fairly. Benefits & Pay: Oversee employee benefits like health plans and retirement accounts, and work with the finance team to make sure everyone is paid correctly and on time. Rules & Laws (Compliance): Keep our employee handbook and HR practices up-to-date with local labor laws and credit society rules to protect the company and employees. Records: Keep all employee information and files organized, secure, and accurate  Training: Help plan and set up important training sessions, including mandatory compliance training for all staff.  Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably within a financial or similar regulated environment. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is typically required. Knowledge: Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. You must be good at using computers and handling confidential information with discretion. Attributes: An ethical mindset, an approachable personality, and the ability to work well with different people.
