Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring and onboarding of new employees. You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping to identify top talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with great opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Proactively source passive candidates and build long-term relationships. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. Review and screen applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members. Conduct reference and background checks. Candidate & Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define job descriptions, and establish selection criteria. Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged. Employer Branding & Process Improvement: Represent [Company Name] professionally and positively at all times, enhancing our employer brand. Contribute to initiatives that improve our recruitment processes, candidate experience, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) to measure effectiveness. Onboarding & Administration: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and offer letter generation. Assist with the onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
