As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in Maruti Suzuki vehicles. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring quality service delivery, guiding junior technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately diagnose and repair Maruti Suzuki vehicles. - Perform periodic maintenance, running repairs, and advanced diagnostic work using Maruti diagnostic tools. - Ensure adherence to standard repair procedures and quality checks. - Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager for job progress and Turnaround Time (TAT). - Maintain thorough documentation of repairs, checklists, and job cards. - Uphold safe working practices and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment. - Conduct final inspections and road tests as needed.
