Job Description

TUMC we believe in building strong teams that drive sustainable growth and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team and contribute to our talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or in talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,165.29 - ₹28,005.52 per month

Work Location: In person
