Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate offers and close candidates effectively.
  • Assist in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
  • Support internal recruiting efforts by identifying opportunities for employee development and succession planning.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management and acquisition.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
  • Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and HR sourcing.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday for efficient candidate management.
  • Solid understanding of employment & labor law as it pertains to recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos for managing employee data.
  • Ability to conduct employee evaluations and manage employee relations effectively.
  • Experience in cold calling for lead generation within the recruitment context.
  • Knowledge of social media management strategies for talent attraction.
