HR Recruiter

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our business needs and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit for role and culture.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers for accurate reporting.
• Manage offer negotiation, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Promote employer branding and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Proven experience (6 months to 1 year) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple positions simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of HR policies and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
