Job Description

Designation: Junior Recruiter (Non-technical) Experience ➢ 6 months to 2 years in recruitment. ➢ Exposure to hiring for African countries is important. About the role ➢ You will support recruitment for overseas and domestic roles. ➢ The focus will be on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates who are open to work in African region. ➢ This role needs strong follow-up, clear communication, and good candidate management skills. Key responsibilities ➢ Understand job requirements shared by seniors and clients. ➢ Search and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. ➢ Speak to candidates and check basic fit, salary expectations, and relocation readiness ➢ Handle CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups ➢ Maintain candidate tracker and keep it updated ➢ Support in onboarding coordination ➢ Share daily updates and follow a set recruitment process Skills we look for ➢ Strong communication ➢ Good phone and WhatsApp interaction skills ➢ Ability to identify the right candidate profile ➢ Good follow-up discipline ➢ Basic Excel knowledge ➢ Understanding of job portals and sourcing tools ➢ Positive attitude and learning mindset Specific requirement ➢ Experience hiring for any African country ➢ Comfort talking to overseas candidates and checking relocation interest Education ➢ Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
