Job SummaryThe HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified talent while supporting a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities1. Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer). Develop and post job descriptions on job portals, career sites, and social media. Source candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 2. Hiring Process ManagementMaintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and applicant tracking system (ATS) records. Develop interview questions and evaluation rubrics. Negotiate salary and finalize job offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. 3. Employer BrandingAssist in building the employer brand by participating in job fairs, career events, and social media initiatives. Create engaging recruitment materials and outreach messages. 4. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws. Maintain candidate records, documentation, and reports as required. 5. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Provide regular updates on recruitment status and market insights. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1–5+ years) as a recruiter or in talent acquisition. Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices. Experience with ATS platforms and job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred SkillsExperience in technical or bulk hiring (optional based on role). Knowledge of employer branding strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions. Work EnvironmentFull-time position; hybrid or onsite based on company policy. May require occasional travel for job fairs or recruitment events.
