Job Description The HR - Recruiter will handle recruitment and exit formalities. Responsibilities Recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and requirements for openings. Sourcing candidates using databases, social media, etc. Screening candidates based on resumes, job applications, and phone calls. Schedule and conduct online tests for candidates. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, offer & closing process for new hires, completion of joining formalities. Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications. New hire orientation. Provide recruitment reports to the team heads and management. Handle exit formalities. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in managing vendors. Comfortable with bulk hiring and campus recruitment. Self-starter and a team player. Experience <2 years of recruitment experience in the epublishing field. Preference will be given to those who have worked in e-Publishing companies. Candidates from ITES, KPO, IT industries will also be considered. Show more Show less
