Planning and execution of training modules for product support trainees. 2. Evaluation of progress and deployment to live work. Team management 1. Handling the product support trainees from training through deployment into live work. 2. Job planning, tracking and status checks. 3. Ensuring compliance of the team with internal and external SLAs. 4. Planning sessions based on feedback or new requirements. 5. Helping the team troubleshoot issues. Required skills 1. Strong background in InDesign and XML-based workflows. 2. Ability to manage a team of product support executives, including tracking and status checks. 3. Ability to become familiar with the product quickly and assist with troubleshooting.
