Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departmentsSource, screen, and interview candidates using portals and social platformsMaintain and update candidate data using CRM softwareBuild and nurture a candidate pipeline for future hiring needsCoordinate and schedule interviews with internal teamsMaintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reportsCollaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirementsSend offer letters, track onboarding progress, and follow up with candidatesUse CRM tools to manage candidate follow-ups and communication historyAssist in employer branding, job posting, and hiring campaign effortsRequired Skills:Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in trading, manufacturing, or distribution industries)Hands-on experience with CRM or ATS systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Salesforce CRM, etc.)Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
