Notice period 0-30 days only Must be available for F2F interview Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate must have 2+years of relevant experience in HR recruitment Recruit for open positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants maintaining recruiting systems drafting offer letters providing follow-through with candidates supporting hiring managers and reporting recruiting statistics. Interview related coordination including Scheduling managing interview timelines both with Management as well as Unit Heads and even Global stakeholders (if and when needed) Strong Communication Skills and the ability to understand roles properly in order to source the right fitments Evaluate and improve process levels within the managed recruitment processes Ability to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective Experience working with portals such as LinkedIn/Naukri and relevant screening mechanisms around the same Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
