Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified IT professionals, creating job postings, collaborating with hiring managers, managing job offers and salary negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified IT professionals. - Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit. - Create and post job descriptions for IT positions. - Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment goals. - Coordinate job offers and salary negotiations. - Ensure a positive recruitment experience through timely communication. Qualification Required: - 6 months to 1 year of IT recruiting experience. - Familiarity with IT roles and technical skills. - Proficiency with recruitment platforms. - Strong communication and organizational skills. (Note: The company offers cell phone reimbursement, day shift schedule, and performance bonus. The work location is in person.),
