Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles for non-IT roles across sectors such as manufacturing, sales, operations, logistics, admin, etc. Source potential candidates using various platforms such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases. Screen candidates through telephonic interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; manage scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback. Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate pipelines. Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining follow-ups. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Proficient in using MS Excel, job portals, and email tools.
