Hr Recruiter

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and company standards.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with HR software and ATS platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., IT & Non IT, BPO, Healthcare, etc.].
• Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
• Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)
