Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract suitable candidates. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure seamless onboarding. Maintain accurate records of candidates, job descriptions, and recruitment metrics. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with ATS, MS Office, and major job boards. Ability to handle multiple roles across industries and levels.
