Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes with consistency and quality Manage kitchen inventory, stocking, and ordering of supplies Oversee food packing and kitchen cleanliness Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Job Requirements Key Skills & Attributes: Expertise in Chinese cuisine Well-mannered, soft-spoken, and disciplined Good organizational and kitchen management skills Ability to manage inventory and supplies efficiently Punctual, clean, and detail-oriented in kitchen practices Educational Requirements: Graduation in Hotel Management preferred Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi Kannada is optional and preferred
