Prepare classic and modern Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, soups, dim sum, stir-fries, sauces) to café standards. Menu planning and involvement in creating new Chinese items that suit customer preferences. Ensure food quality, presentation, consistency & taste are maintained at all times. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene & sanitation standards in the kitchen. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff/assistants. Manage daily prep work, inventory, stock rotation, and assist with cost control. Coordinate with café management on ordering ingredients and kitchen operations.
