The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bakery techniques, recipe formulation, quality control, and team supervision. --- Key Responsibilities: Plan and prepare bakery production schedules as per daily and weekly requirements. Supervise baking operations and ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation. Develop new recipes and improve existing ones based on customer preferences and market trends. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per FSSAI and company guidelines. Monitor ingredient usage, wastage control, and maintain stock records of raw materials. Train and guide bakery assistants, helpers, and junior chefs. * Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of bakery products. * Ensure machines, ovens, and tools are properly maintained and reported for repair when needed. Check product shelf-life, labeling, and packaging standards before dispatch. ------- Required Qualifications and Skills: Diploma / Degree in Bakery & Confectionery or Hotel Management. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial bakery production or pastry operations. Strong knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and equipment. Good leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards. Creative approach to product development and recipe innovation. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in FMCG or large-scale bakery setup. Experience handling automated bakery machines and ovens.
