HR Recruiter

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates. - Screening and Evaluating: Assessing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates and evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role and company culture. - Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. - Offer Management: Facilitating the offer process, negotiating compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring timely and accurate offer communication. - Candidate Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process, and keeping them informed about potential opportunities. - Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the hiring process and providing regular updates on recruitment progress. - Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the BFSI sector.
