Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include: Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screening and Evaluating: Assessing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates, evaluating their qualifications, and determining their fit for the role and company culture. Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting interviews to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural alignment, as well as coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Offer Management: Facilitating the offer process, negotiating compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring timely and accurate offer communication. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process, and keeping them informed about potential opportunities. Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies throughout the hiring process, as well as providing regular updates on recruitment progress. Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the BFSI sector. The required skills and qualifications for this role include: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Qualification: Fresher - 2 years - Preferably located in or around Kottayam This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
