Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter cum HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and manpower deputation. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, coordinating training programs, and supporting strategic HR initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering, technical, and administrative roles.
  • Coordinate with clients for deputation or project-specific requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with policies.

HR Management & Administration

  • Manage onboarding, induction, payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.

Training & Deputation Coordination

  • Oversee training programs for freshers and interns.
  • Monitor and follow up with trainees and deputed employees.

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Implement HR initiatives to boost employee motivation and retention.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and development plans.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly.

Regional Coordination

  • Monitor HR operations across key Indian regions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with regional HR executives for smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in recruitment and HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and manpower deputation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with HRMS/HR software and recruitment portals is a plus.
