Key Responsibilities
As HR Partner:
- Lead end-to-end employee life cycle management for Corporate Functions and Category org ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive BU strategy, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage stakeholder and employee relations, resolving issues and supporting business objectives.
- Collaborate with COEs to deliver HR programs (talent acquisition, development, retention).
- Utilize data to drive decisions, identify trends, and enhance employee experience.
- Implement corporate HR policies, coach managers, and support performance management.
As India Culture and Engagement Lead
- Lead employee engagement plans and annual calendars for all India sites
- Drive culture-building initiatives that strengthen Lenovo’s values across India
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to understand employee sentiment and shape actions
- Design and execute site-wide events celebrations
- Ensure consistency in engagement and culture programs across all entities
- Use data and feedback to track effectiveness and refine programs
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR management, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for HR Business Partner roles.
- Proven strategic thinking, results orientation, and flexibility in ambiguous situations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience interacting at the executive level.
