As an HR Operations Specialist at Yulu, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the complete recruitment process for Field Associates, who serve as the backbone of our business. Your responsibilities will include driving the hiring process, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and collaborating with third-party vendors to maintain a consistent and sufficient supply of talent. You will also be actively involved in sourcing candidates directly from the field, not only for regular employment but also for apprenticeship opportunities. - Develop and implement effective field recruitment strategies to fulfill Yulu's hiring requirements. - Travel to various locations to participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach programs. - Build and nurture relationships with third-party organizations to establish a pipeline of potential candidates. - Coordinate recruitment drives and manage employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment. To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 2 to 4 years of experience in managing field associate hiring and operations. - Have strong data management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and uphold Yulu's values.
