About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic

HR Operations Specialist

with strong hands-on experience in

Workday HCM

. The role focuses on

offer generation

and supporting HR operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. We are looking for

immediate joiners

who can quickly adapt and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR operations with a primary focus on offer letter creation, validation, and release.
Ensure all offers are aligned with company policies, compensation structures, and compliance requirements.
Accurately maintain and update employee/candidate data in Workday HCM.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
Address candidate queries related to offers and provide a positive experience.
Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, with proven expertise in Workday HCM.
Hands-on experience in offer generation, HR documentation, and data management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
