Job Description

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & HR • Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, calling candidates, screening profiles, scheduling and coordinating interviews. • Maintain candidate databases and interview trackers. • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and related HR documents. • Assist with onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees. • Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records. • Support basic HR queries, employee coordination, and policy implementation. Administration • Perform daily administrative and operational tasks efficiently. • Handle data entry, documentation, and record management. • Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and travel partners for bookings and requirements. • Manage rate entry, vendor lists, and related administrative records. • Maintain expense sheets, purchase records. • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies in all operations.
