Job Description

HR Operations Head – Rider Workforce Management

📍 Surat / Ahmedabad | 🕘 4–7 Years Experience | 🕴️ Immediate Joiners Preferred

HR Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training for riders, telecallers & new joiners; run refresher programs
Plan engagement & retention initiatives; handle grievances & escalations
Manage rider onboarding, documentation & incentive programs
Coordinate with vendors for hiring, compliance & payments
Support recruitment team & monitor performance metrics
Maintain MIS reports and track training & retention outcomes
Travel across designated cities for audits & training support

Key Requirements (Must-Have)

5–7 yrs in HR Operations / Training / Rider Management

Experience handling rider/field workforce (Mandatory)

✅ Strong communication & team-handling skills

MS Excel / MIS reporting

Local candidates only – Surat or Ahmedabad

✅ Willingness to travel (Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad)

Immediate joiner preferred
