Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR operational functions including onboarding, payroll, attendance, compliance, and HRMS management.
• Streamline and implement HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across the organization..
• Ensure smooth handling of joining formalities, employee data management, transfers, confirmations, and separations.
• Supervise employee file maintenance, HR documentation, and record-keeping.
• Manage full & final settlements and exit interviews.
• Supervise monthly payroll processing and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
• Keep updated with changes in labor laws and ensure company compliance.
• Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication templates.
• Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and compliance-related audits.
• Support leadership in HR audits, manpower reporting, and organizational restructuring initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and HRMS systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
